For those who left your country, do you ever consider returning back? Why or why not? Yes, I have been considering returning back. I moved from Mumbai to New York in 1998 to get a Masters in Architecture degree. The intent then was to work here for a couple of years after studying, get some valuable experience and go back and change the world (or at least try). However career speedbumps and then a fantastic opportunity have me grounded here way longer than I wanted. Architectural projects sometimes take years to accomplish. And in my case, I have been on the same project for the past 6 years. The project finished this year and now am exploring ideas and ways to return back to Mumbai.
